Woodpulp PET Nonwoven

JEENOR V-Series Nonwoven Fabric is made of high quality wood pulp and brand new polyester, compositing the soft wood pulp together with strong spunbond fabric through hydroentangle. Wood pulp is from plants cellulose fibers, which is good at absorbing water. It is a kind of natural fibers. Polyester is also from oil. The polyester fiber is featured with durable and reusable features.
Blended in 50%-55% wood pulp and 45%-50% polyester, it is also a perfect ratio of fibers to make cleaning wipes. Under this ratio, it is a good balance of absorbency, strength, and lint. The wood pulp can ensure good water and oil grease absorbing power while polyester can make the fabric strong, uneasy to broken, and very low lint after wiping.

This type of non-woven fabric is commonly applied in the industrial wiping area. It can be processed into mother rolls and also finished products directly.

Features: Produced in spun lace technology, no binders or additives are put into the production, water pressure makes the wood pulp and polyester fibers entangled with each other firmly, so it is lint free during cleaning task and absorbent for water,oil and grease.
