Airlaid Paper is a type of Airlaid pulp nonwovens. Airlaid Paper has two main features: first, the raw material is wood pulp fiber; second, it uses air-laid technology. The production process of nonwoven fabrics mainly consists of two processes: web forming and reinforcement. Dry papermaking nonwovens mainly use two methods: chemical bonding and thermal bonding. According to its different reinforcement processes, the raw materials and uses of Airlaid Paper are different, which are introduced below.
1.Chemical bonding method
The chemical bonding method uses wood pulp fiber (fuzz pulp) as the raw material. After the fibers are opened into a single fiber state and air-laid, the water-soluble adhesive is sprayed onto the surface of the fiber mesh by spraying wine, and then baked and reinforced into a mesh. cloth. Dust-free paper products made by this process are mainly used for industrial wipes, women's hygiene products, baby wipes, tablecloths, wet noodles and cooking cloths.
2. Thermal bonding method
The thermal bonding method is to mix hot-melt fibers into fluff pulp fibers. The mixing ratio is generally not less than 15%. After air-laying, the low-melting fibers in the fiber web are melted by hot air or hot rolling to reinforce the fiber web into cloth. . Because the thermally bonded nonwoven fabric does not contain chemical adhesives, the product has better fluffiness and hygroscopicity. It is mainly used as the absorbent core of high-absorbent sanitary products, thin women's sanitary napkins, etc. For this purpose, some production lines are equipped with a device for applying super absorbent resin (SAP) powder. Due to the addition of polymer water-absorbing resin, it can turn water into solid matter after absorbing water, greatly improving its water-absorbing capacity. To sum up, although dust-free paper is called paper, it is essentially non-woven fabric.

Types of Airlaid Paper:
1. Packed: made into sheets and packed into bags according to a certain number, specifications: 4"*4", 6"*6", 9"*9", etc.

Applications of Airlaid Paper:
Semiconductor production line, microelectronics production, LCD display, LCD display, circuit board production, PCB products, laboratory dust-free workshop production line.

Features of Airlaid Paper:
1. Use as a universal cleaning paper made of various wet liquids for daily cleaning
2. High humidity in both dry and wet conditions
3. Resistant to acids and most chemical reagents
4. Low dust and anti-static can effectively control the amount of static electricity generated
5. Can be used multiple times
6. Economical and clean, it is the most widely used cleaning paper in the electronics industry.
