Industrial Wipes are normally made of virgin wood pulp + long fiber material(like PP or PET) with special spunlace processing technology, pure texture, strong and not easy to break, efficient water and oil absorption.

Wood pulp is from plants cellulose fibers, which is good at absorbing water. It is a kind of natural fibers. Polypropylene and Polyester are from oil.

The PP is born to absorb oil excellently. Blended in 70%-80% wood pulp and 20%-30% polypropylene, it is a perfect ratio of fibers to make cleaning wipes. Under this ratio, it is a good balance of strength and absorbency. 70%-80% wood pulp can ensure good water absorbing power while 20%-30% polypropylene can absorb oil grease quickly. The polyester fiber is featured with durable and reusable features. Blended in 50%-55% wood pulp and 45%-50% polyester, it is also a perfect ratio of fibers to make cleaning wipes. Under this ratio, it is a good balance of strength and lint free. 50%-55% wood pulp can ensure good water and oil grease absorbing power while 45%-50% polyester can make the fabric strong,uneasy to broken,and lint free after wiping.
