Conventional production process of spunlace non-woven fabrics:
Raw cotton--opening and clearing--carding--cross-laying--multi-roll drafting--degreasing and bleaching--spunlacing--drying--winding--finished product
The production process of the existing spunlace technology is to degrease and bleach the raw cotton first, then spunlace, dry, wind, and prepare the finished product. That is, all the sundries and impurities are bleached together. This kind of pile bleaching process is characterized by a large waste of energy and materials, and a high cost; in addition, as a medical dressing, the most important thing is hygiene and impurity-free. This kind of bleached cotton is first degreasing and bleaching. The subsequent cleaning, netting, and spunlacing process contaminated the cotton again.
Technical transformation of spunlace technology:
In this project, the sequence of the degreasing and spunlacing processes in the conventional process was changed, which avoided the problem that small impurities were difficult to remove when using cotton as the raw material, and further improved the cleanliness of the product.
Transform the production process
Raw cotton--opening and clearing--carding--cross-laying--multi-roll drafting--spunlace--degreasing and bleaching--drying--winding--antibacterial finishing--finished product
Environmentally friendly cotton non-woven fabric, environmental protection, cleanliness, antibacterial is its main characteristics, using non-bleached high-quality raw cotton as raw material, through "raw cotton-open cleaning cotton-carding-cross-laying-multi-roll drafting -Spunlace-degreasing and bleaching-drying-winding-antibacterial finishing-finished product" production process. The raw cotton used before the spunlace process is pure natural cotton that has not been degreased and bleached. The fine impurities in the cotton web can be removed first, and then degreased. First, the problem of small impurities being adsorbed and difficult to remove is avoided, and the product is further improved. The cleanliness of the product reduces the probability of scrap or rework due to impurities, and at the same time reduces the energy and material consumption during bleaching, reducing costs and reducing environmental burdens.
